I'm not selling 'koyok' or services here, but this is our very experience having both Elaine and Chris acted as our agents. Thank you guys, glad we found you!
Selling our home is easy, people said.. Good location, bla bla bla just leave it to the property agents because they are the pros. But in reality, it takes two hands or many to clap. And looking for honest agent is not easy. Sure you would be looking for those celebs turned agents or those you frequently heard over the radio, again and again claiming that they can do this and that but why? Is it because they are celebs and those non-celebs but marketing themselves too many times are considered trustworthy? No one knows. Only you know after engaging them.
Nevertheless, good agents are those that walk in your shoes, no matter how cheap or expensive your shoes are, and not promising you things that you could not have, but 'die-die' said you could, so you can feed their lifestyle.
Our journey with Elaine and Chris are definitely an eye opener. Being honest and straight forward, we sort and go through all stuff till the successful sale of our house and not only that, but at the same time meeting our dateline. We're so comfortable that we didn't even need to dress up so formerly attending to appointments. It's all about how we make things work out well to achieve our goals. In short, they're awesome! Period.
We are sad to leave this home of twelve years very soon, but we're blessed to have them as our agents. We got what we wanted and glad how things went smoothly despite our odd working patterns.
In this Covid times, please be patient and reasonable to your agents as it can be a little difficult to sell/buy properties smoothly as there are always challenges ahead. Covid infection to any party means having to cancel important appointments with potential buyers, HDB, property developers etc., dragging your appointments to many weeks further and it can be very unnerving and worst, buyers will backed out. But having them constantly in touch with us and the other party will ensure that things will not go south! After all said, we're looking forward to move on after Sri Geylang Serai

Chris is someone whom I can trust wholeheartedly on my home-buying/renting matters.
